About Us: We aim to do three things at the Commercial Photographers Directory.
  1. Connect photographers with new clients and suppliers interested in their location and specialisation.
  2. Advertise to picture buyers with money raised through sponsorship.
  3. Enhance users S.E.O. by delivering niche traffic there by reducing bounce rate and by creating links to their websites that can be crawled by search engine spiders.

How do I use the site?
  1. To find photographers or suppliers simply do a search by specialisation i.e. for portrait photographers type "portrait" in the Search box under the map and then enter a location in the where box (if you leave it empty we will use your GeoIP).
  2. To Submit a Link from our website to your website you first need to register. There are help files for this in this section. After you have registered and clicked the activation link sent to you via email you must then click "Submit link" or "Submit article" and follow the on screen instructions.

What is GeoIP?
This the physical location of your computers IP address. It's not an exact science but does help us do deliver potentially relevant content to site visitors before they have even done a search. Visitors can use the Where search box to re-centre the map if the GeoIP is inaccurate.

You should  follow the advice of your equipmet manufacturer above this advice however if you don't have a fixed IP addess (most people don't) you might be able to change your IP address by resetting your broadband router. Simply turn it off then on again 30 seconds later but remember that this will cause you to loose your internet service untill it has reset. I repeat, you should  follow the advice of your equipmet manufacturer above this advice.
